hbagi Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (the "Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you (the "Player", "User", or "You") and hbagi (the "Platform", "We", "Us", or "hbagi") governing your access to and use of the hbagi website, mobile web platform, games, sports betting markets, casino services, promotions, and all associated features (collectively, the "Services") available at hbagi.io.

By creating an account, logging in, making a deposit, placing a wager, or otherwise using any part of the hbagi platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement in its entirety, together with hbagi's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated by reference herein.

If you do not agree to any part of this Agreement, you must immediately cease using the hbagi platform and must not attempt to create or access any hbagi account.

The hbagi platform is available exclusively to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during their use of the Services:

• You are at least 21 years of age.
• You are accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online betting and casino entertainment is not prohibited by applicable local law.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, proxy, or representative of any third party.
• You are not a current or former employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of an employee of hbagi or any of its affiliated companies, game providers, or payment partners.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from hbagi or had an hbagi account closed for a violation of these Terms and Conditions.
• You have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you.

hbagi reserves the right to decline registration applications or close existing accounts where eligibility requirements cannot be confirmed to hbagi's reasonable satisfaction.

To access the full range of hbagi Services, you must register a personal account. Each individual is permitted to hold only one active account on the hbagi platform. The existence of duplicate accounts — whether created intentionally or inadvertently — is a breach of this Agreement.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, mobile telephone number, and preferred payment method. You agree to update your account information promptly if any of these details change.

You are solely responsible for:

• Maintaining the strict confidentiality of your username and password.
• All activity that occurs under your hbagi account, whether authorised by you or not.
• Logging out of your account after each session, particularly when using a shared or public device.
• Notifying hbagi immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.

hbagi will never ask you for your password via email, live chat, or telephone. Any communication purporting to be from hbagi that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported immediately.

hbagi reserves the right to carry out Know Your Customer (KYC) verification at any stage of the account lifecycle, including at registration, prior to processing any withdrawal, or at any other time deemed appropriate. Required documentation may include a government-issued photo ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of withdrawals pending investigation.

All financial transactions on the hbagi platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). hbagi does not accept deposits or process withdrawals in foreign currencies. Any currency conversion that may occur outside the hbagi platform (e.g., on your bank or mobile wallet side) is your responsibility and hbagi accepts no liability for resulting exchange rate losses.

Accepted Payment Methods: hbagi currently supports the following payment channels for deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, and BRAC Bank. hbagi reserves the right to add, modify, or remove payment methods at any time without prior notice.

Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Deposits below this threshold will not be credited to your account and may be subject to a processing fee before return.

Minimum Withdrawal: The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳200. Requests below this threshold will not be processed.

Same-Channel Withdrawal Policy: Withdrawals will be processed back to the same payment channel used for the most recent qualifying deposit. This policy exists as a fraud prevention measure. hbagi reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal that does not conform to this policy.

Withdrawal Processing Times: hbagi aims to process all verified withdrawal requests within 24 hours on Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6). Processing times may be extended during periods of high volume, during KYC verification, or where additional fraud checks are required.

Transaction Fees: hbagi does not charge platform-side transaction fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider (bKash, Nagad, your bank, etc.) may apply their own charges, for which hbagi accepts no responsibility.

All bets placed on the hbagi platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, market, or game type, as published in the hbagi Help section and as updated from time to time. In the event of any conflict between a specific game or market rule and this Agreement, the specific rule shall take precedence for that bet only.

Bet Acceptance: hbagi reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its sole discretion, including but not limited to bets placed after the relevant event has concluded, bets that are the result of an obvious pricing error, or bets placed in breach of these Terms and Conditions.

Minimum and Maximum Stakes: Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to individual markets and are displayed at the point of bet placement. Limits may be adjusted without notice based on account behaviour, market conditions, or risk management requirements.

In-Play Betting: Live in-play betting markets are subject to temporary suspension at hbagi's discretion during key moments of an event (e.g., wickets falling, penalty kicks). Bets accepted before a suspension are settled according to the applicable market rules.

Void Bets: Bets may be voided in circumstances including but not limited to: event cancellation, venue change that materially affects the nature of the event, obvious system or pricing errors, match-fixing investigations, and connectivity failures that prevent timely bet confirmation. Voided bet stakes are returned to the player's account.

Results and Settlement: All results are settled on the basis of official results as confirmed by the relevant governing body (e.g., ICC, FIFA, BPL organiser). hbagi is not responsible for errors in third-party score feeds and reserves the right to correct settlement where an official result differs from an automated feed result.

hbagi offers various promotional incentives to eligible players, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, the BPL cricket season, and the T20 World Cup. All promotions are subject to the specific terms stated at the point of offer, as well as the general provisions of this section.

Wagering Requirements: Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, all bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn. The wagering requirement specifies the total amount in Bangladeshi Taka that must be wagered using the bonus funds before a withdrawal request for those funds will be approved. The applicable wagering multiplier and eligible game contributions will be stated in each promotion's terms.

Bonus Expiry: Bonus funds and associated wagering requirements are subject to an expiry period from the date of issue, as stated in the promotion. Unused or partially used bonus funds that expire are forfeited without compensation.

One Bonus at a Time: Players may hold only one active bonus at any given time unless explicitly stated otherwise in a specific promotion's terms. Attempting to claim multiple simultaneous bonuses constitutes bonus abuse and may result in account suspension.

Abuse Prevention: hbagi employs automated and manual systems to detect bonus abuse, including patterns consistent with matched betting, arbitrage, and coordinated multi-account activity. Where abuse is detected, hbagi reserves the right to void the relevant bonus, reverse associated winnings, and close the offending account.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the hbagi platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of account balance, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities where appropriate:

• Registering or operating more than one hbagi account, whether in your own name or under a fictitious identity.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the hbagi platform for any money laundering activity or any activity that facilitates or conceals the proceeds of crime.
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any tool that generates bets without direct human input at the time of each bet placement.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or pricing errors — any such exploits must be reported to [email protected] immediately upon discovery.
• Colluding with other players in live casino games, poker, or any other multiplayer format.
• Using insider information or information derived from match-fixing or illegal activity to gain an unfair advantage on any market.
• Attempting to access another player's account without authorisation.
• Conducting any systematic form of arbitrage betting designed to extract guaranteed profit regardless of outcome across multiple platforms.
• Making chargebacks or payment reversals through your bank or mobile wallet provider without first contacting hbagi support to resolve the dispute.

hbagi is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing tools that help players manage their gambling activity in a healthy and sustainable manner. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all hbagi account holders at no cost and without any waiting period:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly caps on the total amount you may deposit. Limits take effect immediately and may only be decreased without a cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly caps on net gambling losses. Limits take effect immediately.
• Session Time Reminders: Configurable alerts that notify you of your session duration at intervals of your choosing.
• Self-Exclusion: The ability to close your hbagi account for a defined period (minimum 30 days) or permanently. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours.

hbagi collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at hbagi.io/privacy-policy and is incorporated into this Agreement by reference. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

hbagi will not sell, rent, or disclose your personal data to third parties except: (a) as required to process payments via your chosen payment provider; (b) as required by applicable law, court order, or regulatory authority; (c) where disclosure is necessary to prevent fraud or other criminal activity; or (d) with your explicit prior consent.

You have the right to request a copy of the personal data hbagi holds about you, to request correction of inaccurate data, and to request deletion of your data subject to hbagi's legal retention obligations. Such requests should be submitted to [email protected].

All content on the hbagi platform — including but not limited to the hbagi brand name, logo, website design, software, text, graphics, game interfaces, and audio-visual content — is the exclusive intellectual property of hbagi or its licensed third-party providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the hbagi platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with this Agreement. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any hbagi content without express prior written consent from hbagi.

Third-party game content (including games from Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi) is the intellectual property of the respective providers and is subject to those providers' applicable licence terms.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, hbagi's total aggregate liability to you in connection with any claim arising out of or related to your use of the platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you to your hbagi account in the 30 calendar days preceding the date on which the claim arose.

hbagi shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption, arising out of your use of or inability to use the platform, regardless of the cause of action and whether or not hbagi has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

hbagi does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. You access and use the platform entirely at your own risk.

Nothing in this Agreement excludes or limits hbagi's liability for death or personal injury caused by hbagi's proven negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded by applicable law.

hbagi reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to:

• Breach or suspected breach of any provision of this Agreement.
• Failure to satisfy KYC verification requirements within the specified timeframe.
• Account inactivity for a continuous period of 12 months or more.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity.
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment reversal that has not been resolved in good faith.
• Instructions from a regulatory authority, law enforcement agency, or payment processor.

Where an account is closed by hbagi for reasons other than a breach of this Agreement, any verified real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to the player via the original payment channel within a reasonable period, subject to completed KYC verification.

You may close your hbagi account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Closure requests will be processed within 5 business days. Outstanding bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon voluntary account closure.

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the hbagi platform's operations. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement that cannot be resolved amicably through hbagi's customer support process shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with commercially standard arbitration procedures.

If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be severed from the Agreement and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

hbagi's failure to enforce any right or provision of this Agreement on any occasion shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision, nor shall it prevent hbagi from enforcing that right or provision at any future time.
